This is another main stream story about dam deconstruction in the NW.  While I was at Lewis and Clark College I took an environmental economics class, and wrote a 30 page paper on the cost benefit analysis of the demolition of the 2 dams on the Elwah.  It is amazing that this project is coming to fruition, and is actually going to happen.  Check out this video from MSNBC about the project.  Let the rivers run FREE!
